Often, there’s a difference between what customers ask for and what they are willing to pay for. What a customer requests may be symptomatic of a problem but often does not reflect the real need. Our needs-analysis and user research services include:
- User Interviews and Focus Groups: uncovering users’ real needs and opinions, either in person, on the phone, or via survey.
- Expert Evaluation: noting common tasks, order of activities, related activities, problems and user solutions to obstacles encountered as a means of assessing they kind of product interface that will be most easily adopted by end users.
- Task Analysis: observing typical users functioning in their existing settings with existing products to derive user needs and product requirements from our observations.
- Usability Testing: observing users functioning as they use the proposed product to ensure the product will be quickly and easily adopted.
